Join me in a journey. A journey into the horrible.
Never sleep again.
Yes, that is my car, and all 4 wheels are in the same condition.

Are you teaching the blind how to parallel park? What a good guy, they'll never forget that!

There's a few places around here that will fix that for about $100 a wheel.

Well, you see, these are painted aluminum, and all that corrosion is underneath the paint/clearcoat.

The wheels are only road rashed on the spokes just before they meet the outside of the rims. There, they stick out farther from the tire. It's an awful wheel design. When the wheels are in good condition, they look great on the car, however.

I've seen them make gnarly curb rash disappear so you might be surprised. I've seen wheels worse than this though. Some cars are more prone to it than others.

I'm having a hard time imaging wheels worse than this. Even if they can fix these, at 100 bucks a wheel, I'd rather spend a little more and get new ones. My only issue is finding wheels that are lighter, still look good on the car, fit the car, and are affordable.

Yeah I was going to say at $400 you might be better finding new wheels. I was looking at American Racing for my car and the prices were reasonable.

Father had a similar thing to his LL Bean Outback on the day he picked it up.
He ended up buying Touring wheels for it.

I can thank the Minnesota winters for this.
